Dr. Haley Zettler has received a portion of a $350,000 grant funded by the Urban Child Institute to study the effectiveness of mental health services on the children.
The mission of the Criminal Justice Student Association is to bring students together that are pursuing a career in the Criminal Justice system to help expand our professional network and knowledge. In order to join, you must be in good standing with the university and attend at least 50% of all meetings.

David L. Garlock was sentenced to 25 years for killing his childhood abuser, but since his release, he’s become an advocate for an effective and equitable justice system.
Jody Sundt is an internationally recognized expert on corrections and sentencing, the implementation of evidence-based programs, and public attitudes about punishment. Her current research examines the effect of prison and jail downsizing on public safety and the development of quasi-experimental methods for small samples.
My primary research interests include community corrections and the role that trauma and mental health has among at-risk populations.
