AN INTERDISCIPLINARY CONVERSATION
 
Seeking a Safe Haven is an innovative summit on refugee issues presented through proud partnership with the Council on Social Work Education, numerous University of North Texas Departments and programs including Social Work, Anthropology, Media Arts, History, Women and Gender Studies, Latino/a and Mexican-American Studies, International Studies and the College of Health and Public Service as well as several UNT student organizations (Future without Poverty, Model UN, Social Work Student Association) and various refugee-serving agencies in North Texas.
