Jackie Thames forecasts and develops sustainable programs and projects that support department and college compliance and infrastructure needs. In this role she:

• plans for the future needs of the college by chairing the HPS Space Committee 
• prioritizes and leads compliance and infrastructure projects and programs
• develops processes to ensure the safety and security of HPS facilities and equipment, as well as faculty, staff, and students
• leads business continuity planning
