Various forms of financial assistance are available to MPA students directly from the department or from external sources. Generally, MPA students may hold only one departmental scholarship at any point in time, but may hold an unrestricted number of external awards. Under current Texas law, non-resident students receiving an award of at least $1,000 qualify for in-state tuition.
