Chu Chuah is responsible for our technical support area.  In this role, his responsibilities include

• supervising tech support part-time staff
• assigning work requests to technicians
• ensuring the work is done right the first time
• developing desktop and laptop images
• piloting VDI deployment with the UNT System’s ITSS division
• System Center Configuration Manager
