Era is a Program Project Specialist for UNT WISE. She has served for two years as the ENGAGE Administrative Coordinator and three years working as the Senior Administrative Specialist for UNT WISE. Before joining UNT, she managed an account for the Healthcare Services Group in a rehabilitation facility in Denton, Texas. Before working in the healthcare field, she served 10 years in the Albanian Armed Forces as a training instructor, finance, and logistics specialist. During that time, she completed her Bachelor's in Business Administration. A retired captain, she moved to Texas from Europe in March 2015.

When she’s not at work, she loves to travel, spend time with her family, and read.
