About

Jade Marth is serving as a Sr. Program Project Coordinator for the UNT WISE ENGAGE program where the team supports UNT’s neurodivergent student population with their academics and employment. Jade is passionate about student development in higher education. She has worked in higher education for over 5 years and worked with autistic adults and children for 3-4 years. Her undergraduate experience included earning her Associate of Science from Tyler Junior College, Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of North Texas, and Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and Policy Leadership. She has worked for various higher education institutions and within a clinical setting. She says she has thoroughly enjoyed working with the neurodivergent student population and learned so much along her journey. She also has enjoyed learning more about the difference in approaches in supporting the neurodivergent students in a variety of different settings. As a first-generation student, she says she's confident that the only reason she is where she is today is because of the higher education professionals and mentors that have supported her along the way. The impact of her experiences have shaped how she shows up for students within the ENGAGE program. Additionally, her education has provided her with useful skills to support neurodivergent students during their educational journeys at the University of North Texas.
