About

Hi! My name is Jade Marth. I am serving as a Sr. Program Project Coordinator for the UNT WISE ENGAGE program where our team supports UNT’s neurodivergent student population with their academics and employment. I am passionate about student development in higher education. I have worked in higher education for over 5 years and worked with autistic adults and children for 3-4 years. My undergraduate experience included earning my Associate of Science from Tyler Junior College, Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of North Texas, and Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and Policy Leadership. I have worked for various higher education institutions and within a clinical setting. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the neurodivergent student population and learned so much along my journey. I have enjoyed learning more about the difference in approaches in supporting the neurodivergent students in a variety of different settings. As a first-generation student, I am confident that the only reason I am where I am today is because of the higher education professionals and mentors that have supported me along the way. The impact of my experiences has shaped how I show up for our students within the ENGAGE program. Additionally, my education has provided me with useful skills to support neurodivergent students during their educational journeys at the University of North Texas.
