Dr. James McNeil is a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Rehabilitation & Health Services. He holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Duquesne University, an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University at Buffalo, and a B.S. in Education from Medaille University. With extensive hands-on experience in the field, Dr. McNeil focuses on vocational rehabilitation, disability management, workplace accommodations, and policy development. His work bridges academic insight and practical application, aiming to both inform and drive meaningful change in the rehabilitation field.
