Julie Elliott is a lecturer in the Department of Emergency Management & Disaster Science at the University of North Texas and a PhD candidate in the Biden School of Public Policy at the University of Delaware where she explores cross-sector collaboration and networked governance in disasters. Julie previously worked as an emergency manager at the University of North Texas for three and a half years. She has a Master of Science in Emergency Management & Disaster Science and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Administration and Planning, both from UNT.
