Practicum Requirements for Rehabilitation and Addiction Studies Students

Undergraduate Rehabilitation Studies and Addiction Studies Practicum All Rehabilitation Studies and Addiction Studies students are required to complete a practicum course in their final semester. These courses are RHAB 4880 and ADDS 4881, respectively. Prior to enrolling in the course, students are required to complete the Practicum Orientation. Practicum Orientation is a self-paced course on Canvas that takes approximately one hour to complete.

The Course includes:

  • The student handbook
  • A video from Practicum Coordinator Jill Denniston
  • A no-fail quiz to check for understanding
  • The practicum application
  • A list of practicum sites

Upon completion of the practicum application, students are required to email their advisor to inform them they have submitted the application.
