The Department of Emergency Management and Disaster Science at the University of North Texas offers the nation’s first and most respected Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Administration and Planning (EADP). The Department of Emergency Management % Disaster Science offers the Tom Joslin Memorial Scholarship to EADP students each year. EADP students are also eligible to apply for scholarships offered by the College of Health and Public Service.
