Justin Watts PhD. LPC, CRC, NCC received his PhD. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the Pennsylvania State University in 2016. He received a Master’s degree in Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Texas (UNT). Currently he serves as an associate professor and program coordinator for the Rehabilitation Counseling Program in the department of Rehabilitation Health Services at UNT.

I am a registered RN in Texas and my research interests include health communication/education; health care quality improvement, health education, Internet based health communication, health care service quality, mobile health, health disparities

Rebecca Cagle, M.S., ATHS is a Sr Program Project Coordinator for UNTWISE. She comes to us from the UNT Office of Disability Access where “Becky” was the student services coordinator and oversaw the Text Conversion and Assistive Technology. She has experience working in postsecondary disability services since 1996 and has taught high school students with learning disabilities.
